Servo-driven semi rotary web control capable of handling a wide range of substrates without the need to change tooling. Spot and flood varnish/laminate die cut and slit with almost zero waste. Option for cold foil and/or semi-rotary hot foil with magnetic wrap round foil dies. Maximum web width 330mm (13").

The Omega Digicon semi-rotary converting system is fully optimized to operate in conjunction with the HP Indigo ws4500 and WS6000 digital presses with over 300 installations worldwide in the last 5 years. The Omega Digicon offers all the priming and converting processes for digitally printed webs that one would expect from a conventional flexographic printing press, feature short set up times, fast changeovers, minimum waste and user friendly engineering.
